This facility has an inactive EPA ID number CAL000334208 to manage hazardous waste. The <br />number became inactive June 30, 2011. Ensure the annual DTSC's Verification Questionnaire mailout is <br />completed A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an active EPA ID <br />number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD. A form has been provided. <br />605. Two metal black drums located by the dumpster are both lacking hazardous properties. All <br />hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br />the required information. <br />- Corrected on site.
