She has not. <br />Printed letter, HHW brochure, and City of Stockton Clean-up Companies list. <br />04/09/2021 Two field visits: MURO <br />1st site visit: Went to the property with Program Coordinator Melissa Nissim (EHD) <br />- no one was home at the time. I left my business card and the letter. <br />Received a call from Stephen Thomas. He wanted to know why I visited. I <br />discussed the complaint received by the EHD. Stephen asked that we go back out <br />there to see that the complaint is not valid. <br />2nd : Went to the property with Melissa Nissim and Vicky Vang-Lee (EHD). <br />Stephen consented that we go to the back yard. No leaking vehicles were <br />observed on the ground. Many of the vehicles did not have engines. No oily or fuel <br />odor was observed. <br />We were unable to verify alleged complaint. <br />04/12/2021 Completed OIR and ennailed to Stephen Brewer at Brewer_Stephen@att.net. MURO <br />CC'd Melissa Nissim and Elena Manzo (EHD). <br />Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo. <br />09/16/2021 Prepared complaint file to be abated. Printed complaint narrative and report 5105.
