I just got a call back from CCT and received additional information. I'm <br />going to look at their waste manifests and characterization and go from there, which could include <br />confirmation sampling below the excavated depth and additional cleanup if needed. I'll revisit the need for <br />additional cleanup and opening a case with my senior, Nathan Casebeer, once those manifests are available.
