I believe Atlas,
or Advanced Geotech, was going to sample for waste profile. If you can send a copy of the lab report(s). If the
waste was disposed of as hazardous waste, all we need is a copy of the uniform hazardous waste manifest.
Kind Regards,
W4,edex .Yieete,
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Front Desk: (209) 468-3420
Mobile: (209) 561-8923
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Email: cmuro@sjgov.org
SANAOAOUIN
--COUNT
From: Ben Khatirine <benkhatirine@gmail.com >
Sent: Friday, January 22, 2021 8:58 AM
To: Muro, Claudia [END] <cmuro@sjgoy.org >
Subject: Re: 12-08-2020 incident
CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization.
