However,Ashley <br /> retrieved a bottle of un-expired warfarin(IMG 1573)from a pharmacy shelf and processed the bottle of warfarin into <br /> the pharmacy computer system as expired.Ashley revealed that the computer system prompted her to return the <br /> bottle of warfarin to Genco(IMG 1572). <br /> -An open blue bin in the pharmacy, labeled as Weekly StrongPak Accumulation Bin,contained two viles of loose <br /> pills and a StrongPak bag containing liquid vaccine vials(IMG 1574-1575).According to Mark and Ashley,the <br /> pharmaceuticals in this blue bin are processed every Sunday. <br /> The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures.
