The above items were identified as waste by Iftikar Salim. The following was found not containerized, on or near the shelves adjacent the HW storage area: -A partially empty Arm&Hammer laundry detergent,scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1524-1526). -A box of Franzia Fruity Red Sangria,scanned as Flammabe HW(IMG 1527-1528, 1538). -A Pets 101 Electronic Pet Feeder,scanned as Universal HW(IMG 1529-1530, 1538). -A Homedics Thera-P Kneading Neck Messager, scanned as Universal HW(IMG 1531-1532, 1538). -A damaged box of Gallo Family Vineyards Chardonnay,scanned as Flammanbe HW(IMG 1532-1535, 1538). -A damaged white box containing 12 bottles of alcohol,scanned as Flammable HW(IMG 1536-1537, 1538). The above items were identified as waste by Salim Iftikar. The following was found in an open bin labeled"Damage"beneath a register at the front of the store: -A package of Gillette 3 razors, unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1542-1543). -A Megaglo Liquid Highligher, unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1544-1545). -A Physicians Formula Organic Wear mascara, unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1546-1547). -A Loreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick, unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1548-1549). -A Revlon Colorstay Foundation,in a StrongPak bag and scanned as Flammabe HW(IMG 1550-1551). -A Wet N Wild Bronzer,unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1552-1553). -A Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color,unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1554-1555). -A Maybelline Master Prime Primer, unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1556-1557). -A bag of Spooky Village 6 Count Finger Bubbles,unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1558-1559). -A Maybelline Superstay Concealer,unbagged and scanned as Flammable HW(IMG 1560-1561). -Two Revlon 4-color eyeshadow palette,unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1562-1564). -A box of Beauty 360 Advanced Gel Nail Polish Remover Pads, unbagged and scanned as Flammable HW(IMG 1565-1566). -A bottle of CVS Health Ibuprofen,unbagged and scanned as Toxic HW(IMG 1567-1568). The above items were identified by Iftikar Salim as waste that had not been processed yet. The following was found in the store's pharmacy: -An open blue bin in the pharmacy, labeled as Weekly StrongPak Accumulation Bin,contained two viles of loose pills and a StrongPak bag containing liquid vaccine vials(IMG 1574-1575).According to Mark and Ashley,the pharmaceuticals in this blue bin are processed every Sunday. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This is a minor violation.
