Correct today. <br /> Observed debris on wall fan cover near cook line. Clean today and maintain clean. <br /> Observed grease build up on exhaust hood. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> Observed ice accumulation on top and shelves of 1 dr residential freezer near side back exit.
