COMMENTS <br />THIS IS SUPPLEMENTAL 36-MO TESTING, COMBINE THESE RESULTS WITH THE 8/11/2022 <br />RESULTS BY ABLE MAINTENTANCE TO ACHIEVE COMPLETE SECONDARY TESTING FOR <br />THE CURRENT 36-MO CYCLE. <br />NO "REPAIRS" WERE REQUIRED, JUST PROPER CONFIGURATION OF THE SECONDARY <br />PIPING CROSSOVER AIR TEST BOOTS (TIGHTENING CLAMPS) AND CONNECTION OF THE <br />SECONDARY PIPING SEGMENTS WITH CROSSOVER AIR TEST LEADS <br />FLEX PIPING SYSTEM WITH TWO SEPARATE RUNS PER PRODUCT, ROUTED AS BELOW <br />PIPING RUN A: STP THEN PASS-THROUGH AT 11-12, 7-8, 3-4, ENDING AT 1-2 <br />PIPING RUN B: STP THEN PASS-THROUGH AT 13-14, 15-16, 9-10, ENDING AT 5-6 <br />PNEUMATIC COMMUNICATION WAS VERIFIED FROM STP-TO-END ON EACH RUN <br />TEST CROSSOVER LEADS HAVE BEEN LEFT OPEN IN EACH UDC, FOR FUTURE TESTING <br />FIRST CLOSE THE BALL VALVES ON EACH CROSSOVER TEST LEAD <br />All tests marked "Fail" and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5 of 5
