Per EHD records, the UST system tank capacity is 550-gallons. •The Product/Waste Piping Construction is inaccurate. Since there is no piping in this UST system,the Piping Construction should be listed as'Other'. •The Product/Waste Piping Primary Containment is inaccurate. Since there are no piping in this UST system,this should be'none'. •The Vent Primary Containment is inaccurate.This should be'fiberglass'. •The Riser Pipe Primary Containment is inaccurate.This should be'Steel'. •The Fill Components Installed-Spill Bucket is inaccurate.This should be'yes'. •The Fill Components Installed-Striker Plate/Bottom Protector is answered as'no'.All UST systems are required to have a striker plate or drop tube-mounted bottom protector installed to prevent damage to the tank. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
