RECEIVED <br />JAIII 12 2018 <br />I.NVIRONNLh:N FAL IIV-AUI.11 <br />1)E NAR'I'NIEN'I' <br />Ms. Michelle Henry <br />SJC environmental health Department <br />1868 East Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />January 9, 2018 <br />Dear Ms. Henry, <br />This is in response to the notices of violation from your department. <br />SAN JOAQUIN <br />C O U N T Y <br />1658 South Airport Way I Stockton, CA 95206 <br />sanjoaquinfalrgrounds.com 1209.466.5041 <br />Violation #102 has been corrected by reactivating the hazardous waste ID number. <br />Violation 102 has been remedied by transporting all hazardous waste identified during inspections to a <br />proper handler of such material and copies of the receipts were provided to your office. Copies are <br />retained in a file in our offices. <br />Violation 104 has been remedied. I am the person who is to be on call in case of an emergency and the <br />appropriate notices are posted in our office. <br />We have scheduled training from California Fairs Service Authority for all of our maintenance staff to <br />remedy violation 106 and 714. <br />There were, to my knowledge no shipments of hazardous materials in 2015 and 2016 and thus no <br />records. The shipments of materials in 2017 to appropriate handlers were receipted and copies were <br />provided to your office. This should remedy violation 110, 113 and 715.. <br />The waste identified in violation 301 was removed and shipped to an appropriate handler. Copies of <br />receipts have been provided to your office. <br />Violation 303 items have been remedied and personnel have been trained to keep the safety equipment <br />maintained. <br />Violation 403 has been remedied and personnel have been instructed to keep all containers closed <br />except when adding to them. <br />Violation 404 has been remedied and weekly inspections are scheduled. <br />.:I . ,, r. . ...-,. <br />
