Priscilla could not make a waste determination since the ingredients listed on the item were not on The Poster or tote labels, nor could she find a Safety Data Sheet(SDS)on the Sally SDS Ipad application. Priscilla called the Sally Beauty Hotline number(800-777-5706 ext.4005)and spoke to Debbie Middleton regarding which tote the hair building fiber items should be placed. Debbie Middleton emailed Priscilla the SDS for the Toppik Hair Building Fibers and determined the hair building fiber items shall be placed in the State Toxic HW tote.
