S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> VAN DE POL ENTERPRISES INC 816 E FRONTAGE RD, RIPON January 05, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 208 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the Overfill Prevention <br /> Equipment on the designated operator inspection reports. <br /> -1/5/2021, 2/12/2021, 3/11/2021,4/8/2021, 5/7/2021, 6/4/2021, 7/11/2021, 7/30/2021, 8/27/2021, 9/23/2021, <br /> 10/21/2021, 11/19/2021, and 12/17/2021. <br /> The correct date for 1/5/2021, 2/12/2021, 3/11/2021,4/8/2021, 5/7/2021, 6/4/2021, 7/1/2021, 7/30/2021, 8/27/2021 <br /> is 1/7/2019. <br /> The correct date for 9/23/2021, 10/21/2021, 11/19/2021, and 12/17/2021 is 9/23/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and <br /> maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of <br /> the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 3/4 and 5/6 sensor was raised approximately 2-3 inches off the lowest point of the sump and <br /> not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. <br /> Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 306 HSC 25291(e)Failure to remove, analyze, and properly dispose of water in secondary containment(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 3/4 and 5/6 underground dispenser containment(UDC). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed 8 cups of liquid from the 3/4 and 5/6 UDC.
