Submittals for 2021 and 2022 are <br /> submitted on time.Submittals for 2020 was submitted late on 1/24/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)inspection.There were three violations during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 2/4/2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1,2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
