The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated [YEAR OF PERMIT]. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the [CURRENT YEAR] permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.2,2665, 2712 Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by August 31, <br /> 2021, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
