You described the piping as a hose inside fiberglass. The CERS submittal lists the product piping as fiberglass inside fiberglass. It may be that I'm misunderstanding which pipe is being discussed. Is the primary product piping for the new oil tank and antifreeze tank fiberglass or hose? As far as needing to repair the pipe,there is no reason the site would need to repair and keep in place a pipe they are no longer wanting to use.
