Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />En#orcemenAgency County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br />X 040nS k#'*Q <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The uses soil and tarps for cover. The daily cover met state minimum standards. <br />2. Site had very little onsite litter. <br />3. The active face is located in the new module. The operator provided a copy of the winterization plan. <br />4. Landfill gas was screened using a Landtec GEM 2000. The results are as follows: <br />SG120 (s) 0.0% CH4 - 0.8% CO2 - 20.4% 02 - 78.8% Bal <br />(i) 0.0% CH4 - 0.6% CO2 - 20.4% 02 - 79.1 % Bal <br />(d) 0.0% CH4 - 0.6% CO2 - 20.1% 02 - 79.4% Bal <br />5.
