Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />Enforcement Agency: 1county of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />A Routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The daily cover consisted of soil and tarps. The daily cover met state minimum standards. <br />2. There was a small amount of onsite litter. Litter crews were working during the inspection. <br />3. The site uses bait stations to control burrowing animals. The bait stations needed servicing. <br />4. Soil gas well SG118 was screened using a Landftec GEM 2000. The results are as follows: <br />(s) 0.0% CH4 - 0.8% CO2 - 19.3% 02 - 79.9% BAL <br />(i) 0.0% CH4 - 0.7% CO2 - 19.0% 02 - 80.3% BAL <br />(d) 0.0% CH4 - 0.5% CO2 - 20.3% 02 - 79.2% BAL <br />5. There were a number of Sea Gulls onsite. The site uses noise makers (poppers and whistlers) <br />to manage Gulls at the <br />site <br />6. Erosion control was good.
