The site uses soil and tarps for cover.The site had adequate cover. <br /> 2. The site did have some onsite litter. <br /> 3. There was minor ponding on the top deck of modules 1 and 2. There was minor ponding in between module 1 and I. <br /> 4. Landfill Gas Screening was conducted during the inspection.
