No holes were observed in the tarps. However there was a some windblown trash surrounding the active face. <br /> Per permit condition 17(12)(b), litter must be controlled at all times on site. <br /> 2. Operator had the keys to open up the perimeter gas wells. <br /> 4. At the active face, dust control was observed (water truck). <br /> 5. There were very few birds observed on site. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place(bait stations). <br /> 7. Employees were observed wearing personal protective safety equipment. <br /> 8.
