According to permit condition 4(d), the permitted traffic volume is 200 vehicles per day. <br /> 2. Landfill must ensure that the permitted traffic volume is not exceeded. <br /> Insoctiantteport <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. No holes were observed in the tarps. Trash surrounding the tarps was minimal. <br /> 2. Gas monitoring was conducted with two perimeter gas wells and the following was recorded: <br /> SG-107: (S)0.0% CH4-0.5% CO2-20.6%02-78.9% BAL <br /> (1)0.0% CH4-0.4% CO2-20.5% 02-79.1% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.3%CO2-20.8% 02-78.9% BAL <br /> SG-109: (S)0.0%CH4-0.4% CO2-20.7% 02-78.9% BAL <br /> (1)0.0%CH4-0.3%CO2-20.5% 02-79.2% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.2%CO2-20.6%02-79.3% BAL <br /> 3. Operator had the keys to open up the perimeter gas wells. However gas well#108 could not be unlocked. <br /> Ensure that gas well#108 is available for monitoring during the next routine monthly inspection. <br /> 4. Dust control was observed (water truck). <br /> 5. There were very few birds observed on site. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place(bait stations). <br /> 7.
