The facility has developed and submitted a wet weather operations plan as required by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> 2. The manual tarps used as ADC to the cover the active face from the previous day had some holes. Facility was <br /> instructed to sew up the holes. <br /> 3. Trash surrounding the tarps on the active face was minimal. <br /> 4. Gas monitoring was conducted with two perimeter gas wells and the following was recorded: <br /> SG-112: (S)0.0% CH4-0.9% CO2-21.0% 02-78.1% BAL <br /> (1)0.0% CH4-0.5% CO2-20.9% 02-78.5% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.0% CO2-21.8% 02-78.3% BAL <br /> SG-111: (S)0.0% CH4-0.7% CO2-21.1% 02-78.2% BAL <br /> (1)0.0% CH4-0.6% CO2-20.9% 02-78.5% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.3% CO2-21.1% 02-78.6% BAL <br /> 5. Dust control (water truck)was observed at the active face and on the surrounding roads. <br /> 6. There were very few birds observed at the active face. <br /> 7. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 8. Employees were observed wearing personal protective safety equipment. <br /> 9.
