The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The daily cover met state minimum standards. <br />2. The on site litter control was good. <br />3. The site uses bait station for the control of burrowing animals. The bait stations were in use at the time of inspection. <br />4. The site is due for the 5 year permit review in October 2015. The EHD sent a letter to the operator notifying them of <br />the 5 year permit review. To date, the EHD has not received a application for review. <br />5. Gas monitoring was conducted during the inspection using a Landtec GEM 2000. The results are as follows. <br />SG 120 (s) 0.0% CH4 - 0.6% CO2 - 21.1% 02 - 78.1 % BAL <br />(i)0.6%CH4 -0.5%CO2-21.1%02-77.7%BAL <br />(d) 0.6% CH4 - 0.0% CO2 - 21.2% 02 - 78.7% BAL <br />SG 121 (s) 0.1 % CH4 - 0.3% CO2 - 20.4% 02 - 79.0% BAL <br />(i) 0.0% CH4 - 0.3% CO2 - 20.9% 02 - 78.6% BAL <br />(d) 0.0% CH4 - 0.0% CO2 - 21.5% 02 - 78.3% BAL <br />6. Site construction has begun for new disposal cell to the south of module 1 (see photos). <br />
