The daily cover met state minimum standards. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. <br />2. The site uses a water truck to control dust. The water truck was operating during the inspection. <br />3. Litter control is good. The site had very little onsite litter. <br />4. Site construction activities are currently ongoing. The construction of a new landfill cell to the south of module 1. <br />5. Gas monitoring was conducted during the inspection.
