The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met state minimum standards. <br />2. The site uses a water truck for dust suppression. The water truck was operating during the inspection. <br />3. The site had very little onsite litter and no offsite litter. <br />4. The construction of the new waste cell is nearing completion. <br />5. Gas monitoring was conducted during the routine inspection.
