Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />EnfarcementA0ency: County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />A Routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />CalRecycle staff were present to conduct the 18 month joint inspection. <br />1. The site uses soil and tarps as daily cover. The daily cover met state minimum standards. There was no day lighting of <br />waste and the tarps were in good condition. <br />2. The site had very little onsite litter. <br />3. The operator began operations in the newly constructed waste containment cell (module 2). <br />4. The site was monitored for landfill gas using a LandTech GEM 2000.
