CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />I THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and tha following was noted: <br />1. The modular home located onsite experenced a fire. The structure does not look to be repairable. In the future notify <br />the EHD when there is an incident of this magnitude. <br />2. The site is using tarps and soil for daily cover. The cover was adequate. <br />3. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />4. Gas well SG 117 was sampled using the GEM 2000.
