The daily cover was adequate. <br /> 2. A portion of the site near the flare, is being prepared by Amersco, for the installation of a gas to energy plant. <br /> 3. Onsite litter is minimal. <br /> 4. No gas monitoring during the inspection due to malfunction with Landtec Gem 2000. <br />
