The site is using tarps and soil for cover. There was no daylighting of waste and the tarps are in good repair. <br /> 2. There was a small amount of onsite litter. <br /> 3. The gas to energy plant is progressing.The building and some equipment has been installed. <br /> 4. Previous erosion rills have been filled in. <br /> 5. No gas monitoring was conducted during the monthly inspection. <br />
