The site is using tarps and soil for cover. The cover the day of the inspection met state minimum standards. <br /> 2. The site is using sheep to control vegetation.The sheep were being removed the day of the inspection. <br /> 3. The gas to energy plant construction is nearing completion. <br /> 4. Onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 5. Landfill gas probes were checked during the inspection.
