The site is using soil and tarps for daily cover.The daily cover met State Minimum Standards. <br /> 2. There was some onsite litter. The landfill crew was picking it up at the time of inspection. <br /> 3. The landfill gas to energy plant is nearing completion. The plant is expected to be operational in June 2013. <br /> 4.
