The truck was being used during the inspection. <br /> 2)The site litter control was in place and there was very little on site litter. <br /> 3)There was evidense of burrowing animals. The site is using bait stations for the control of burrowing animals. <br /> 4)The landfill gas extraction system was operating during the inspection. The gas to energy plant will not be functional <br /> until some time in September PG&E will need to upgrade the power lines and poles to the plant prior to start up. <br /> 5)There was no gas monitoring conducted during this inspection <br />
