<br /> Comments: The site's water system has a very large leak at the water supply tank. I spoke with the operator and
<br /> it is scheduled for repair soon. Repair and maintain water supply system in good repair free from leaks within 30
<br /> days.

<br /> A routine isnpection was conducted this dateand the following was noted:
<br /> No violations
<br /> 1. The site has burrowing animals. Provide adequate control measures to ensure the integrity of the cover.
<br /> 2.The construction and demolition waste contained 2 waste tires. Remove waste tires from waste prior to compaction if
<br /> possible.
<br /> 3. Site was using tarps and soil for daily cover. Cover met state minimum standards.
<br /> 4. No gas monitoring conducted during the inspection due to the EHD Biannual Comprehensive Gas Monitoring was
<br /> being conducted during the inspection.
