The site is using soil and tarps for daily cover.The daily cover met state minimum standards. <br /> 2. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br /> 3. The onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 4.The burrowing animal control measures were in place (bait stations) <br /> 5. No gas monitoirng was conducted this date. <br /> 6.The facility Winterization Plan has not been received by the EHD. Submit by November 20,2013 <br />
