The cover met state minimum standards. <br /> 2. The onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 3. The gas to energy plant is complete, but not currently operating. <br /> 4.There was a few burrowing animals. Place control measure near their burrows. <br /> 5. The Winterization Plan,for the site was submitted during the inspection. <br /> 6. There was a small amount of exposed waste on the east slope of the active cell. Properly cover or remove exposed <br /> waste to active face. <br /> 7.
