The operator identifies those erosions and has begun repairing them prior to the <br /> inspection. According to the operator,the erosion causes by the rain water went under the burm. <br /> Repair all erosions. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The litter caused by recent weather had been picked up. <br /> 2. The LEA noted the following during gas monitoring of SG 105,106 and 107: <br /> -The air rushes back in the deep and the intermediate probes for more than 10 min.after the Landtech 2000 is disconnected from the probes. It <br /> appears as if the perforated sections of the probes are not free-flowing. The operator/owner is to evaluate the probes to ensure that there is no <br /> blockage and the perforated sections are not obstructed. <br /> -The concentrations of the gas in those probes are 0%by volume. <br />
