The access road for Parcels 1 and 2 shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, <br /> F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of the parcel map to indicate <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin County Planning Title <br /> Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the parcel map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State approved lab. (Planning Title Section 9-10100-CS) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system for Parcel 1 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance <br /> Code section 5-3003) <br /> d. Construct an individual domestic water well for Parcel 1 under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> 4. LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet, and <br /> turnarounds shall be provided in all access roads in excess of 150 feet in length and be <br /> adequate to handle fire apparatus. Vertical road clearance must be unobstructed and <br /> not less than 13 feet, six inches. Surfaces shall be designed and maintained to support <br /> the imposed loads of fire apparatus and provide all weather driving capabilities as <br /> required by the Uniform Fire Code, 1985 edition, Section 10.207. <br /> 5. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br />
