e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) f. The access road for Parcels 1 and 2 shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of the parcel map to indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100) b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the parcel map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State approved lab. (Planning Title Section 9-10100-CS) C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system for Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code section 5-3003) d. Construct an individual domestic water well for Parcel 1 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) 4. LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: a. The right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet, and turnarounds shall be provided in all access roads in excess of 150 feet in length and be adequate to handle fire apparatus. Vertical road clearance must be unobstructed and not less than 13 feet, six inches. Surfaces shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus and provide all weather driving capabilities as required by the Uniform Fire Code, 1985 edition, Section 10.207. 5. COUNTY COUNSEL: a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code.
