THIS PROPERTY WAS PURCHED BY MR SINGH AS A TEN <br /> ACRE PIECE AND I FEEL IT SHOULD REMAIN AS SUCH. THIS GRANTING OF <br /> A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THIS PROPERTY TO BE DIVIDED COULD CREATE MOR15 <br /> PROBLEMS BY ADDING MORE HOUSES TO THIS AREA. THIS COULD START <br /> ARASH OF OWNERS DIVIDING UP THERE PROPERTIES INTO SMALLER PIECES. <br /> THEREBY PUTTING A STRAIN ON OUR WATER TABLE IN THIS AREA BY THE <br /> ADDITION OF MORE NEW HOMES. THIS AREA IS ZONE TO PREVENT OVER <br /> BUILDING. AND THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THIS CHANGE IS ALLOWED <br /> THIS ONE TIME. THEREFORE I REPEAT I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS MINOR <br /> SUBDIVISION. NOT ONLY IS THIS WRONG ENVIRONMENTAL. IT COULD <br /> CREATE MANY OTHER PROBLEMS IN THIS AREA.
