To that end, I have prepared the attached "newspaper" version for posting in the Sunday, July 14 edition of the paper, providing a full 10 days in advance of the proposed July 24 meeting. I have only until tomorrow, July 10 at noon, to provide the text to the newspaper so I look forward to hearing back from you soon if the condensed notice is acceptable for publishing.
