aA TRACY MATERIAL RECOVERY <br />& SOLID WASTE TRANSFER, INC. <br />10/7/2016 <br />Re: Tip Floor Repairs <br />Natalia, <br />Here is the list of items that you requested when making repairs to our Tip floor. <br />1. The description of work. <br />• Southeast corner of the tip floor in the Main MRF Building approximately 80 ft. by 60ft. <br />Remove and replace worn section of concrete and replace with anvil top material for an <br />abrasion resistance surface. <br />2. Contractor information. <br />• The work will be performed under the supervision of Ashby Construction, <br />Jim Ashby site Construction Manager. <br />• Product will be installed by Greg Carpenter Construction. <br />3. Work area safety requirements. <br />• Work area will be secure using concrete K -rails and safety cones. Workers will wear <br />safety gear including Safety vests, safety glasses, bump -caps, and gloves. <br />4.
