Description of project and the LEA's preliminary determination: The Tracy MRF is a permitted large volume transfer facility, located at 30701 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California. On June 7, 2013, the LEA received a SWFP application package from Mike Repetto to revise the existing permit. The LEA finds that the proposed changes are consistent with all applicable certified and/or adopted CEQA documents and is consistent with State Minimum Standards. The application was accepted as complete on July 7, 2013.
