Description of project and the LEA's preliminary determination: <br />The Tracy MRF is a permitted large volume transfer facility, located at 30701 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, <br />California. On June 7, 2013, the LEA received a SWFP application package from Mike Repetto to revise <br />the existing permit. <br />The LEA finds that the proposed changes are consistent with all applicable certified and/or adopted CEQA <br />documents and is consistent with State Minimum Standards.
