(Supervisorial District 5) <br />OWNER: Mountain House Phase II Owner LLC APPLICANT: Van Daels Development Corp. <br />APN: 254-020.02 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area. <br />Tradition Street, Arnaudo Boulevard and Providence Street has an existing and planned right-of-way <br />per Mountain House CSD. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br />at the time of building permit application.
