Sally Beauty Supply #10229, 10710 Trinkity Pkwy, Stockton, CA Record ID PR0540935 <br />12/14/2018 <br />PHOTO # 48 <br />Elianna Florido, REHS Page 48 of 79 <br />The following was found in the Corrosive Acids HW tote: <br /> - A bottle of Gigi Post Epilation Lotion skin moisturizer, although according to a label on the Toxic & State Regulated HW tote , body lotion is to be placed <br />in the Toxic & State Regulated HW tote. <br /> - A bottle of Gigi Post Wax Concealer skin foundation, although according to a label on the Toxic & State Regulated HW tote, foundations are to be placed <br />in the Toxic & State Regulated HW tote.. <br /> - Three aerosol cans of AGE Beautiful Root Touch-Up temporary hair color, although according to a label on the Aerosols, Flammables, & Combustibles <br />HW tote, any aerosols cans are to be placed in the Aerosols, Flammables, & Combustibles HW tote. <br /> - Spillage of what appeared to be pink Gigi Creme Wax for sensitive skin was found at the bottom of the tote, however absorbent material used for the <br />spill clean-up was not found in the tote. According to the Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. Hazardous Waste Training Guide, the item spilled and used absorbent <br />and gloves are to be bagged and placed in the correct hazardous waste bin, and logged in the hazardo us waste binder. <br /> <br />
