All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The paper towel dispensers at the mop/hand sink and restroom hand sink were empty. Provide paper <br />towels in dispensers today. <br />Observed Ajax degreaser used for hand washing in restroom. Provide liquid hand soap at this sink today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the mop/hand sink dropped from 112 F to 95 F and did not go back up. Provide hot and <br />cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum at this sink. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed some rodent droppings on bottom chip shelf and on La Michoacana ice chest in market. <br />Observed rodent droppings on shelves and in light cover in storage room next to restroom room. Observed rodent <br />droppings on floor under shelves in storage room next to restroom. Per manager the faclilty is serviced by pest control but <br />last invoice was not available during inspection. Clean and sanitize these areas immediately and increase pest control <br />measures.
