CVS Pharmacy #16982, 10424 Trinity Pkwy Ste B, Stockton, CA Record ID PR0541024 <br />1/30/2019 <br />PHOTO # 7 <br />An open blue bin labeled "Weekly Strong Pac Staging Bin," 1. Amber Vials," and "2. Loose Pills" was observed on a counter <br />(IMG 4028). The blue bin contained two smaller open compartments, one of which contained three loose pills individually bagged <br />and labeled, and the other which contained at least three loose pills individually bagged and unlabeled (IMG 4029). The blue bin <br />also contained a bottle of Vimpat (IMG 4030). According to Lauren Lawson, the pharmacy manager, pharmaceuticals placed in <br />this blue bin are processed once a week, at which point they are placed in the "Strong Pak" hazardous waste tote. <br />Elianna Florido, REHS Page 7 of 14 <br />
