2 . Local Health District : <br /> a . Percolation tests were conducted in 1983 and approved for <br /> 10 , 000 square feet of sewage disposal area under 5-82-8 . <br /> b. The septic system for Parcel 5 is failing and is less than <br /> 25 feet from the existing well . The system must be <br /> replaced. Subsequent development of this parcel will <br /> require a new septic system. <br /> c . The well on Parcel 5 is within 25 feet of the existing <br /> septic system and is not properly sealed. The well must <br /> be brought to Health District standards or be destroyed. <br /> Subsequent development will require a well meeting current <br /> Health District standards. <br /> d. The existing irrigation well on Parcel 3 is not approved as <br /> a domestic water supply. This well is to be destroyed or <br /> converted to a legal use under permit and inspection of <br /> the Health District . <br /> e . A new domestic well site is required for Parcel 3 . <br /> f . An Improvement Plan is required to be approved by the <br /> Health District prior to the recording of the final map <br /> and shall include all existing wells and septic systems <br /> within 150 feet of the boundary of the proposed subdivision. <br /> : s � <br /> NOTE : On November 6 , 1986 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved SU-86-13 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SU-86-13 <br />
