PC: 7-16-87 <br />SU -87-24 <br />REFERRALS AND REPLIES <br />Referrals were sent on June 5, 1987, and responses were requested <br />by June 19, 1987. <br />Department of Public Works (response, 6-19 & 26-87): <br />Refer to the discussion under "Storm Drainage," and see the <br />"Conditions of Approval" section of this report. <br />San Joaquin Local Health District (response, 6-18 & 24-87): <br />Refer to the discussion under "Sewage Disposal," and see the <br />"Conditions of Approval" section of this report. <br />Building Inspection Division (response, 6-11-87): <br />The Building Inspection Division has the following comments <br />regarding this project: <br />1. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br />shall be approved and grading permit shall be issued by the <br />Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of any <br />excavation or filling of earth material. <br />2. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br />U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />3. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and <br />elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details <br />shall be submitted where applicable. <br />4. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />5. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />6.
