A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br />shall be approved and a grading permit shall be issued by <br />the Building Inspection Division prior to the performance <br />of any excavation or filling of earth material. <br />b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br />the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br />and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br />details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />5. Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br />a. The 25 -foot -wide access road shall be dedicated as a <br />public utility easement. <br />b. Ten -foot -wide public utility easements shall be dedicated <br />on all street frontages on the Final Map. <br />
