H. <br /> Kleinfelder & Associates are an integral part of the conclusions and recommendations <br /> made in this report. If J. H. Kleinfelder & Associates is not retained for these <br /> services, the client agrees to assume J. H. Kleinfelder & Associates' responsibility for <br /> any potential claims that may arise during construction. The required tests, <br /> observations, and consultation by J. H. Kleinfelder & Associates during construction <br /> includes, but is not necessarily limited to: <br /> 1. Continuous observation and testing during site preparation <br /> and grading, and placement of Engineered Fill. <br /> 2. Observation of footing excavations prior to placement <br /> of reinforcing steel. <br /> 3. Consultation as required during construction. <br /> The above listed testing and observations would be additional services provided by <br /> our firm. The costs for these services are not included in our current fee <br /> arrangements. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> 1. The conclusions and recommendations of this report are for design purposes for the <br /> Golden Hills Subdivision project as described in the text of this report.
