Contact the local fire department , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust(@, slgov . orq to arrange the following appointments ( a 4 & hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments) . <br /> a . 24- hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on vent sump . <br /> b . Verification of vacuum leak monitoring communication for vent sump (and any other <br /> impacted component if applicable) <br /> 4 . Individuals installing underground storage tank system components must possessor work under <br /> the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who <br /> possesses all of the following : <br /> a . A valid , current contractor' s license issued by the Contractors State License Board <br /> b . A valid , current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council ( ICC ) <br /> c . A valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s) of the component ( s) being <br /> installed <br /> 5 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS ) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ and ensure all UST information is current . <br /> 1868 E .
